In our second installment of our conversation with Miguel, he tells us about some of his most memorable coaching opponents. He tells us who his biggest rival is in the organization. In addition to the head coaches, there are assistant coaches. Miguel's oldest son, a YALD alumni, is now his assistant coach. He tells us a little bit about that experience. Miguel believes in building up the confidence of all of the kids in the program. He tells us a little bit about that too.
